At Eleganza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process.

Return Conditions

• Return Period: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Products must be in the same condition as when you received them—unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Customer Service: Before sending back the product, please contact our customer service at Eleganzasweden.info@gmail.com to receive a return label and instructions.
2. Pack the Item: Place the unused product in its original packaging.
3. Use the Return Label: Attach the provided return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest postal service point.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
